Why people come on the show

Some guests want to help someone who is going through the same thing. Some want to be heard, maybe for the first time. Some want to put the record straight.

Whatever your reason, your story matters, and you tell it your way.

What happens next

From first message to on air

  1. Get in touch

Fill in the form below or ring us. A few lines is plenty to start with.

  2. Have a chat

We talk with you about your story and what you would like to say on air.

  3. Record your episode

We record the conversation, and you tell it your way.

  4. Find support

Telling your story can stir things up. Our online support group is there for you afterwards.

Before you get in touch

Do I have to use my real name?

Tell us how you would like to be known when you get in touch, and we will talk it through with you before anything is recorded.

What kind of stories do you want?

Mental health, grief, rape and sexual assault, family, divorce, marriage, relationships, starting again. If it matters to you, we would like to hear it.

I am not sure I am ready.

That is all right. Send us a message anyway and we can simply talk. Nothing is recorded until you want it to be.

Will there be support afterwards?

Yes. Our online support group is there for guests as well as listeners.
